Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between the person who purchases or uses our products and services and Opin X LLC. “Best Carriers” is the educational brand operated by Opin X LLC. By completing a purchase or accessing the content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. MOTUS digital product and immediate delivery

MOTUS is a recorded digital course. After payment is approved, the purchaser receives immediate access through the instructions sent to the email address provided or displayed in the purchase confirmation. By purchasing, you request that delivery of and access to the digital content begin immediately.

The purchase includes lifetime access to the MOTUS course, updates that Opin X LLC publishes within the same course, and a certificate after the participant completes the requirements shown on the learning platform. Access is personal.

2. Price, payment, and services not included

The applicable price is the amount displayed on the sales page or at checkout when the purchase is made. The course purchase does not include individual consulting, professional services, or filings completed by Opin X LLC on the participant’s behalf.

Individual consulting costs an additional $150 USD, must be purchased separately, and is not part of the course or the included support.

3. Final sales and no-refund policy

All sales are final, and no refunds are offered. Because the course is digital and access begins immediately, refunds are not provided for a change of mind, failure to use or complete the course, a mismatch with personal expectations, or a decision not to participate in the private Facebook group.

This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or if you do not receive access after an approved payment, contact us so that we can investigate the charge or restore access.

4. Included support and contact channels

Support included with MOTUS is provided through a private Facebook group. The purchaser receives instructions for joining after the purchase. The group offers general guidance related to course content and does not guarantee immediate responses or replace individual consulting.

To use this benefit, the participant needs a Facebook account and must follow the group rules and Meta’s terms. WhatsApp is used only for sales information and is not an included support channel.

5. Certificate and updates

The certificate confirms that the participant completed the educational requirements established by Best Carriers. It is not a government license, professional authorization, or guarantee of approval by any agency. Included updates are those Opin X LLC adds to the same MOTUS course; they do not include separate new products, individual consulting, or filing services.

6. License and intellectual property

Opin X LLC retains all rights in the videos, presentations, templates, worksheets, guides, documents, trademarks, and other materials. The purchase grants the participant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the participant’s own educational use.

You may not share credentials; copy or record the content; download it except where the platform permits; publish, resell, sublicense, or distribute it; adapt it for resale; or teach it as your own. Fraudulent use or unauthorized distribution may result in action to protect and enforce our intellectual-property rights.

7. Educational purpose and no guarantees

Best Carriers provides general education. The course is not legal, tax, or accounting advice and is not representation before FMCSA or any other agency. Opin X LLC and Best Carriers are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by FMCSA or the United States Government.

We do not guarantee employment, income, contracts, clients, business results, application approvals, or outcomes before any agency. Results depend on factors including the participant’s information and execution and the current rules of third parties and government authorities.

8. Account, conduct, and community

The participant must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use the content lawfully. Harassment, spam, impersonation, disclosure of another participant’s private information, and abusive conduct are not allowed in the private group. Community access may be removed for violating these rules without making the purchase refundable.

9. Technology and third-party services

Access requires an internet connection, a compatible device, and a valid email address. The learning platform, payment processing, Facebook, and other third-party services may experience interruptions outside our control. If a problem attributable to our systems prevents access, we will investigate and seek to restore it; a temporary interruption does not make the purchase refundable.

10. Operational and promotional communications

We may send non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to process or confirm a purchase, deliver credentials and access links, provide security notices, communicate service changes, and issue the certificate. These operational communications are handled separately from marketing consent.

Promotional SMS/MMS messages are sent only when a person selects a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. Marketing consent is not required to purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Consent may be withdrawn by replying STOP; where available, HELP provides assistance. WhatsApp is reserved for sales information requested or initiated by the person and is not included course support.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of the private Facebook group is also subject to Meta’s practices and policies.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. The Effective Date above identifies the current version. Changes will not retroactively reduce purchased lifetime access or turn a separately sold service into an included service.
