Opin X LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Best Carriers as its educational brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit best-carriers.com, purchase or use digital courses, request sales information, participate in the community, or communicate with us.

  • Support, community, and sales data: questions, messages, files, comments, reviews, or testimonials you choose to submit, as well as voluntary interactions in the private Facebook group or sales inquiries through WhatsApp.
  • Communication preferences: your choice to receive or decline marketing, the date and source of consent, and opt-out requests.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages visited, dates, referring site, cookies, and measurement or security identifiers.

2. How we use information

We use information to process and confirm purchases; create an account and provide immediate, lifetime access; deliver course updates, the certificate, and support through the private Facebook group; provide consulting when purchased separately; respond to sales inquiries; send operational communications; manage marketing preferences; maintain security, prevent fraud, measure and improve our Services; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payments and digital delivery

Payments are processed by providers such as Stripe. These providers receive information needed to authorize and manage the transaction under their own policies. We retain the purchase information needed to deliver the course, maintain access, issue the certificate, address problems, and satisfy accounting or legal requirements.

4. Operational communications

When you purchase a course, we may use the information provided for non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to confirm payment, create the account, deliver credentials or access links, provide security notices, communicate service changes, deliver course updates, and issue the certificate. These purchase-related communications are handled separately from marketing consent.

5. SMS/MMS and email marketing; WhatsApp

Consent to receive promotional SMS/MMS messages is requested through a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default. It is not required to purchase. If you opt in, you authorize Opin X LLC/Best Carriers to send automated promotional messages to the number provided. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

You may withdraw SMS/MMS consent by replying STOP; where available, you may reply HELP for assistance. You may opt out of promotional email through the unsubscribe link in the message. We retain information needed to honor an opt-out request.

WhatsApp is used only for sales information that you request or initiate; it is not the course’s included support channel. You may ask us not to continue the conversation through that channel.

6. Private Facebook group

Support included with MOTUS is provided in a private Facebook group. If you choose to join, Meta will process data under its own policies, and your profile name, posts, and comments may be visible to group administrators and other members. Do not post information you do not want to share with those people. Individual consulting is not part of the group and is sold separately for $150 USD.

7. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to providers that help us operate the Services, including payment processing, hosting, the learning platform, email, SMS, analytics, security, customer service, and Meta/Facebook/WhatsApp. These providers receive information needed for their function and act under their contracts and applicable policies.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, respond to valid legal process, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer. We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share telephone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Cookies and measurement

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement. You may control certain cookies through your browser or available consent tools, although disabling essential features may affect how the Website works.

Facebook and Instagram direct messages

This policy also applies when you send a direct message to Best Carriers or NutriSoria through Facebook Messenger or Instagram. Opin X LLC may receive from Meta your profile name or username, account or profile identifier, message content, attachments, and conversation details such as date and time. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide customer service or sales assistance you request, and maintain an appropriate conversation record. We manage these conversations in Chatwoot, our customer-service platform. Meta processes your information under its own privacy policies. We keep conversation records for as long as needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected].

WhatsApp messages

If you contact Best Carriers or NutriSoria through WhatsApp, Opin X LLC may receive your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message content, attachments, and conversation details such as date and time. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and provide the sales information you request. If a WhatsApp conversation is managed through Chatwoot, we use that customer-service platform to organize and respond to messages. Meta/WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policies.
